If there is a document that will be used frequently like a venue map, it might be a good idea to store it in the document library in RGS. Click on the "documents" section. Select "create new Document" and simply upload the document from your computer. This will allow you to select from a drop down of documents stored in RGS, rather than having to scroll through everything that is saved in your computer or wait for your coworker to email you back. This can be useful for maps, waivers, parking passes, usage terms, as well as other common documents.
