Am I charged a fee for attendees who cancel?

Yes,  Once an attendee adds items to their cart and saved the cart, we consider that to be a successful registration and you wil be assessed a fee.  The only exception to this are users of the system who regiter with the same email address as their RegistrtionGuru login account.  These are considered to be test registations are you are not charged.
